Rose and Ross Yantzi
Ross and his wife Rose began the business in 1986. Ross became an ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Installer in 1996. In 2003 Ross also received certification through NCMA as a Segmental Retaining Wall Installer, in 2009 became an ICPI Commercial Paver Technician, in 2011 became an ICPI Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavement Specialist and in 2013 became an ICPI Advanced Residential Paver Technician. Ross and Rose are happy to welcome Reid into the business as partners and to carry on the tradition of designing and building beautiful outdoor spaces for their customers.
Reid Yantzi
Reid begins his 26th year of installing pavers and walls and is a crew foreman and part owner. In 2006 Reid graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Accountancy where he attended on a hockey scholarship. Reid became an ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Installer in 2006, in 2008 became a Certified Segmental Retaining Wall Installer through the NCMA, in 2009 became trained in the Aqua Pave Permeable Pavement System, in 2011 became an ICPI Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavement Specialist and in 2013 became an ICPI Advanced Residential Paver Technician. Reid also enjoys playing hockey and golf. Reid and his family live in Tavistock.
Rob Schwarz
Rob begins his 14 th year on our team and brought over 14 years in the landscaping business. Rob achieved the “Landscape Technician” designation through Landscape Ontario. In 2014 Rob became an ICPI Certified Paver Installer and in 2021 earned his ICPI Residential Specialist Designation. Rob and his family live in Tavistock. Rob is an avid fisherman.
Mark Cossey
Mark begins his 11 th year with our team and is a crew foreman. Mark brought over 11 years of experience in the landscaping industry. He attended Algonquin College and studied as a Horticultural Technician. In 2014 Mark became an ICPI Certified Paver Installer and has earned the ICPI Residential Specialist Designation. Mark is a native of Shakespeare and his family lives in Seaforth. In his free time he enjoys fishing.
Gibson Lamond
Gibson is a native of Tavistock and is in his 8th year with our team. “Gibby” has achieved both his ICPI Certified Paver Installer and the Residential Specialist Designation. Gibson enjoys golf in his spare time.
