Avon Street Lookout
We built this project over 6 weeks in the summer of 2018 in Cambridge Ontario.
The original front entrance was dated and overgrown. A new spacious and modern walkway was installed with new landscaping as well.
The old raised deck was taken apart but the original frame was salvaged. We covered the old frame with durable composite deck boards and a glass railing for unobstructed views of the large backyard.
The concrete pool deck was overlaid with a large paving slab and framed with a contrasting black border and pool coping. Just off the pool deck is a raised patio with a gas fire pit and a putting green.
